John Knox is a family church with all ages worshipping at the services each week.
Sunday morning services at John Knox start at 11.15am with a praise band and choir leading worship which is a blend of contemporary and traditional styles.
Children are in church for a time of praise before going out to Trailblazers Club. All our childrens’ workers have received child protection training and have had Disclosure Scotland checks.
Free Fairtrade tea and coffee is served after the service in the hall.
Refresh is a new monthly evening gathering which offers a more informal contemporary style of worship with multimedia, drama and modern music. Refresh runs on the last Sunday of the month (Sep – May) from 6 – 7pm.
There are other services throughout the year including Churches Together in Stewarton evening services on the third Sunday of the month where the churches of the town come to worship together, monthly afternoon services in the Hamilton Gardens sheltered housing complex, and a pastoral service in April for those who normally find it difficult to get to a church service.
We would love to welcome you on any Sunday and get to know you.
