A big thank you to all who supported the 2009 Malawi Bike ride. We exceeded our target of £11,000 by managing to raise over £15,000

EMMS

In the six years we have been supporting EMMS through our bike rides and regular collection box donations we have established a close personal link with the charity. With your support I propose we continue to support the work of EMMS on an ongoing basis.

This association will complement the twinning we have recently established with the congregation at Livingstonia.

There are two main benefits to this.

1. It enables us the congregation of John Knox to contribute to the work of helping others who are less fortunate than ourselves through financial support.

2. It allows us to experience and form strong Christian bonds with others through education, visitation and prayer.

To date we have helped to contribute approx £35,000 to the work of EMMS.
