John Knox is a growing family church with all ages worshipping at the services each week and where everyone is welcome.
We are currently trialling a new service format:
Gathering Praise – worship led by the band at 11am.
Service starts at 11.15am which includes a children’s message before kids and youth go to creche, Trailblazers and H20, readings from the Bible and a talk that you can apply to everyday life. Traditional hymns led by our choir.
Please note that children need to be registered on their first visit and this can be done when children are picked up in the small hall after the service. All our children’s leaders are members of the PVG (Protection of Vulnerable Groups) Scheme.
We celebrate the Lord’s Supper on the first Sunday of March, June, September and December at our 11.15am service and also in the afternoon at 3pm.
The afternoon communion service is a short reflective communion service lasting no more than half an hour followed by tea & coffee.
These include Churches Together in Stewarton services where the churches of the town come to worship together and monthly afternoon services in the Hamilton Gardens sheltered housing complex.
We would love to welcome you on any Sunday and get to know you!
