How can I use Zoom to join church meetings and gatherings?

For those who have the Zoom video application set up and ready to go then all you need is the nine-digit meeting ID and the password. These will be publicised in the church news email or by the meeting organiser. If you haven’t used Zoom before and have a smartphone, tablet or computer go to the Zoom website www.zoom.us and choose “Join a Meeting” from the menu and key in the meeting ID and password when requested (for the password refer to your letter or email).

WHAT WILL I HAVE TO DO OR BRING?

For your safety in church, we have already carried out a Covid-19 risk assessment as required by the Church of Scotland, and recommendations are updated and implemented regularly by the Compliance & Facilitation team.

Hands should still be sanitised on arrival and exit - this is available at all entrances/exits.

We have been advised to open doors wherever possible to increase airflow within the church. All high usage surfaces (such as handrails, door handles and toilets etc.) will be sanitised regularly in accordance with the guidelines.
