LIFE SKILLS SURVEY

Each of us has God-given spiritual gifts and talents, which He has given us to use in His service. The New Year is a good time for us all to stop and reflect on what skills we have that could be used in God's service. Perhaps there are needs in our church and community that match with your skills. For example, Thrive, our 20s-40s initiative, have completed a community audit for (but not exclusively for) that age range that they hope will show us what opportunities there are for service in our community. Early results suggest these findings apply to more than just the 20s-40s.

For this reason we are launching a Skills Survey to the congregation to help you reflect on what skills God has given you so we can let you know of opportunities to use these. Some of you may feel your skills are already being over-stretched and may wish to reduce your involvement. That's fine too! We just want to make sure those who wish to use their skills can get every opportunity to use them in His service.
